Pure Strength is a higher-intensity strength class built for all fitness levels. Expect heavier loads, cardio bursts, and programming designed to build real, lasting strength with an emphasis on proper body mechanics every step of the way. functional mobility

Move better, feel better, do more. Functional Mobility is dedicated to improving the way your body moves by targeting joint range of motion, flexibility, and movement quality through mobility drills, corrective exercises, and guided stretching. Class begins with dynamic movement prep and closes with a deep restorative stretch. Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing tightness from daily life, or looking to support your training with better movement, this class meets you where you are. All levels are welcome.

mat pilates

Inspired by classical Pilates and rooted in physical therapy principles, this low-impact class is all about quality of movement. You'll target deep stabilizing muscles, improve posture, and build functional strength from the inside out, all with an emphasis on good mechanics and body awareness. Accessible for all levels and abilities.

Mat Pilates Inspired Edition: Your favorite feel-good Pilates class with a physical therapy edge. This physical therapist led class weaves in evidence-based movement principles to help you target deep stabilizing muscles, move better, and build lasting body awareness.

Move with intention. This dynamic yoga flow class links breath to movement as you build strength and power through a sequence of postures. Expect continuous, rhythmic movement that elevates your heart rate while developing stability, body awareness, and functional mobility.

How to book

Go to Book Fitness and find a class you love on the schedule. Click “sign up” to view pricing options and book the class.

Cancellation/No Show Policy

All cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before your scheduled class start time. Cancellations within the 12-hour window will result in a $15 fee and forfeiture of that class credit. No-shows will be charged $20 and will forfeit their class credit. Fees are applied to the card on file.
